The room here was spacious with a TV, desk, and sofa bed, and the views were fantastic, plus a big, separate bathroom.

This nice looking and well-maintained hotel had a central setting to nearby two shopping malls. Dined at Milano's at The Beach, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Such a real good stay on a business trip. Brand-new hotel in a busy area right by the center of Shenzhen and a shopping area and restaurants. The room was large and the staff was well experienced.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in this city and near some really good but cheap restaurants in the downtown area. the well-equipped room with exclusive amenities such as a pillow menu, Bose sound system, and bathtub, makes it perfect to unwind after a long day. the swift check-in and friendly hotel crew will make you feel welcome, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food to start your day right. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for relaxation.

The only minor issue that I noticed was the location. Although it is close to the office district, it is far from the main shopping area.

The hotel's location in Longgang district was also perfect for me, as it allowed me quick access to the automotive factories in Shenzhen.

The executive lounge had limited selections and was rarely used by guests.

The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional. When I was waiting for my ride, the Cafe staff personally brought me a coffee, with no charge! The hotel also offers a great breakfast at a great deal, and there are some nice restaurants nearby. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
